I tried registering my mothers electricity meter on Prepaid24 when the meter was not recognised. I contacted them and requested to have the amount that I paid converted to my own meter, this was done without questions. Within the hour from me logging this query I received a phone call from a friendly consultant and my new token for my own home, thank you. Easy to register, even though my meter was not supported they contacted me swiftly with regards to the purchase and helped register the meter with their vendor, all this in less than a day. I needed to purchase electricity quite late in the evening and needed to change my default meter. I had tried everything but just couldnt get it right. I had purchased prepaid electricity over a weekend, and since the transfer of funds between banks over weekend tends to reflect on the first working day only, I ended up on Sunday evening without power! Oh my goodness! So fast, so helpful and totally fixed my problem. I was driving round to Petrol stations and Pick 'n Pays around the south and they were all offline. Even tried to buy online via the banks. I signed up and with a little help, I was on and bought electricity, 1,2,3 Thanks to your consultants for such great support!!
