I received a token for a meter that was not mine. I logged a call to Prepaid 24, could not get it resolved and within a few minutes received a call from Quintus at Prepaid 24. He explained the situation to me, and even though i was getting rather heated and upset with him, he remained friendly and calm and - more importantly - attempted to assist me as far as he could. In the end, the issue was a mistake on my side, and yet, after figuring that out, Quintus was still helpfull and friendly. So, thank you Prepaid24 and Quintus for brilliant customer care and after sales service. Apologies for being a typical "End User", and thank you for your very good service. Our pre-paid metre is faulty and doesn't warn us when we are low on prepaid electricity. When the power went out just after 10pm, I paid the "old" service provider some money and sent my sms. We waited for almost 30 min - nothing. I sent my sms again - still nothing. I remembered seeing Prepaid24 on Facebook and we registered. Within less than 10 min we had power again!
