I purchased electricity online, it was an emergency as I only had 4 credits on my meter. I made payment but did not receive my token number. I contacted the 24/7 online support who required proof of payment and although the problem was from the bank side, the 24/7 online support processed the payment and sent my token. The whole process must have taken 15-20 minutes. Thank you Prepaid24 for excellent and efficient service!! Much appreciated!!! I accidentally completed my Prepaid24 purchase incorrectly but was able to easily use the support team of Prepaid24 to sort my error. I paid my Prepaid electricity with the wrong reference number.
